Concerning the Charles Mignon champagne house, it benefits from a family vineyard (6 ha) in the Marne Valley and in the Côte des Blancs as well as a hundred hectares of supply around Epernay, part of which in grand cru. This makes it the twentieth largest champagne house, selling 1.2 million bottles a year. About 60% of the bottles are exported to 55 countries.

Charles Mignon Champagnes

  • The Premium cuvée is made from 60% pinot noir, 20% pinot meunier and 20% chardonnay. It is a champagne dosed at 9 g (MCR) having known an aging on slats for 18 months. It is a lively champagne, resolutely worn as an aperitif.
  • The Premier Cru cuvée offers a qualitative leap. It is the result of a blend of 75% Pinot Noir and 25% Chardonnay only premier crus. It is a champagne that is aged in cellars for two to three years. It is a very nice champagne that can be drunk as an aperitif and which can accompany simple dishes.
  • The Rosé cuvée is a champagne combined with 8% Bouzy red. The latter is very fruity, very pleasant.
