Built on the remains of the former convent of the Dames Blanches, formerly owned by Queen Blanche of Castile, the distillery works according to traditional methods with a Charentais still called "à repasses".
Whiskey, Gin, ratafia as well as Fine de champagne are produced in a short circuit thanks to the farm and the partner Auguste Huiban Champagne House!

Paul-Louis and Augustin, two winegrower brothers at Auguste Huiban champagne, are passionate about the world of spirits. Since 2019, they have been distilling their own single malt whisky, Gin, Ratafia and Fine de champagne while respecting traditions and the environment!
