Mercier Champagnes
Mercier champagnes are made up of five cuvées, of which here are the three that can be tasted after the visit:
- Brut: This is a resolutely accessible, lively and pleasant champagne, geared towards an aperitif. This champagne stays in the cellars for 24 to 30 months.
- Brut Réserve: This cuvée reveals its maturity with dominant baked apples mixed with butter and caramel. This harmony persists in a long finish accompanied by some citrus notes.
- Brut Rosé: The charm of this Brut Rosé lies both in its intense salmon colour, its spontaneity and the freshness of its aromas. Faithful to the traditional methods of Champagne, the development of this cuvée uses a blend of white wines and red wines from Champagne.
