Founded in 1837 in Mareuil-sur-Aÿ, La Maison De Venoge has focused its development on international markets by shipping throughout Europe. De Venoge offers a rich and complete range offering excellent value for money. The Cordon Bleu cuvée signs the house style through its freshness, liveliness and fine aromas. The Rosé is distinguished by its delicacy. The top of the range of the house is symbolized by the Louis XV and Grand Vin des Princes cuvées, remarkable for their elegance and complexity. De Venoge also offers connoisseurs vintages aged 20 and over, coming from its wine store. The Princes range, for its part, symbolizes the rebirth of an emblematic cuvée of the House. Perfect opportunity for all history and art lovers, we were in a small group with a flexible atmosphere (not as much time pressure as during other visits with more well known champagne brands). I will definitely be back for a Princes blanc de blanc!

We toured the Castle and learned a great deal of history on the House of Venoge. The champagnes were delightful, even though there seemed to be a bit of miscommunication between our Winalist reservation and the House.
