Denis RETIVEAU, winegrower, would like
to present his wines to you: Saumur white
(chenin), Cremant of the Loire (sparkling
wine), five vintages of Saumur Champigny
(Cabernet franc) and not forgetting the
Rosé of the Loire.
At the heart of Saumur Champigny,
discover the Domaine des champs fleuris
situated in Turquant, a small historical
village of 600 inhabitants, with vineyards
above, and the "troglos", as we call them
here, dug into hillsides of tufa stone. The
tufa, inseparable from the vineyard,
retains the moisture that the vineyard
needs in the summer.
The vineyard consists of 2 hectares of
Chenin and 24 of Cabernet franc and is
based on sustainable farm management.
The Domain has always had the reputation
to give excellent value for money with an
emphasis on fruity aromas. Our wines have
been awarded numerous distinctions:
