Cancellation Policy
Full refund of the experience if cancellation takes place up to 2 hours before the start of the experience.
Conditions
- A reservation is officially canceled if the visitor clicks on the “cancel my reservation” button in the My Account tab > my reservations > modify or cancel a reservation
- The total amount of the reservation is refunded to the traveler if the cancellation occurs within the minimum period defined in the cancellation conditions of the experience.
- The Traveler Refund Policy, force majeure or cancellations by Winalist for any other reason provided for in the General Conditions may supersede the cancellation conditions. Please check these exceptions.

Established at the border of the Gironde and the Dordogne areas, Chateau Haute Brande is licated in Saint Avit Saint Nazaire, near the Perigord Pourpre. With a 33ha surface, our vines are planted on two appellations, Bordeaux and Bergerac.
