Because we want to make natural, expressive and sincere wines, we work in Organic Agriculture, a cultivation system that respects the plant, its physiology and its environment; a cultivation system that allows our grape varieties to express the minerality of pudding, the freshness of the Pyrenees, perhaps the sweetness of the ocean (not so far ...) and surely the passion for our work.
