It was built by the English at the time of the 4th Crusade, shortly before 1200. Maintained by its various owners, this castle, whose architecture was remodeled during the Renaissance, is above all a testimony to the architecture feudal Perigourdine.

Passionate about vines and heritage, we do everything in our power to preserve and highlight a castle over 900 years old and the winemaking know-how that is passed down there.
