5. Château Castigno – Languedoc-Roussillon

At the heart of the Saint-Chinian appellation, an innovative architecture invites you to discover sweet organic wines, this is the Cave de Château Castigno. This wine bottle-shaped structure seems to rise from the ground and is covered with cork.

During your visit, you will understand the development of the cuvées of the Château, taste the wines and comment them with the specialized winemaker. If you wish, you can also attend workshops on making wine, take a 4×4 safari in the vineyards and even learn about the grape harvest.

6. Domaine Enclos de la Croix – Languedoc Roussillon

Located in the heart of the small Camargue, between the Etang de l’Or and the Cévennes, the estate is operated and certified organic farming. In the beginning, it was about not using chemical fertilizers or pesticides when cultivating the soil. From now on, the estate has also returned to the traditions of our ancestors: animal traction and sheep to weed in winter.

During your visit, you will discover and taste different grape varieties such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Petit Manseng or Riesling.

7. Domaine Ollier Taillefer – Languedoc Roussillon

Located in the South of France, in the heart of Languedoc, Domaine Ollier-Taillefer is a family estate.

Operated for years by the fifth generation of winegrowers native to the cru, Luc and Françoise Ollier, brother and sister, Florent (sixth generation) joined them recently!

The estate represents 38 hectares of vineyards in the AOC Faugères area converted to Organic Agriculture and opens its doors to you for visits and tastings.
