Century after century, our cellars have housed the wines of the Collegiate Church and the princes of the Church.
The Chapter cellars, created in the 12th century, changed owners in 1816, when the Jaffelin brothers created their own house.
Today, the tradition continues: our wines rest in the monastic tranquility of the Chapter cellars in the same way as 8 centuries ago.
