In case of bad weather, is it possible to postpone my experience?

If the weather is likely to affect your safety, before or during the experience, the professional can cancel the experience. In this case, you will receive a full refund; you can then re-schedule your experience at a later date. This decision is made by the host and only by the latter, you cannot decide to cancel an experience due to bad weather.
