Can I modify my reservation once it is confirmed?
You may obviously wish to change your mind or program and wish to modify your reservation. Several possibilities are therefore available to you:
Case 1: Contact the host directly
You can contact the host to ask him to postpone your reservation subject to availability.
Case 2: Contact Winalist
You can contact the Winalist teams via the contact page or via the online chat so that we can request the modification of your reservation.
Case 3: Cancel your reservation and book again
It is also possible for you to cancel your reservation (pay attention to the cancellation policy) in order to reserve again on the desired day and time.
In all cases, the experience cancellation policy applies. The host may refuse to change your reservation if the date is too close.
