How to leave an opinion on an experience?

Accepted Answer

Only customers who have completed an experience booked via Winalist can leave a review on it. To do this, you will receive, an few hours after having carried out your activity, an e-mail from us (check your inboxes and spam) asking you to give your opinion. Open this email and click on "give my opinion". Your opinion will appear shortly after on the host and experience file.

What is the use of leaving an opinion on an experience?

Leaving a review of an experience will help the Winalist community in their decision making. Leave your opinion and write a feedback built with your photos will allow other people to book an experience knowingly, it will really reflect the experience.  It will also let us know that you had a good time and will delight us!

Can I change my review after posting it?

Accepted Answer

To date, the opinions are not modifiable; otherwise we would have to moderate them multiple times. However, if you feel that your opinion does not ultimately reflect reality, contact us via our contact page , we will make the changes.

Can I find my old notices left in my account?

You can find all the reviews left on your account in the "Reviews" section.

Question 5

I saw that the host answered me, can I answer him back?

Accepted Answer

It is currently not possible to reply to a host once the latter has replied to you. However, we attach great importance to the right of reply and if you feel you have to formulate a reply, do not hesitate to contact us, we will take care of transmitting it to the host.
