Back to questionsHow long does a host have to accept or refuse my reservation request?
The host has up to 7 days to respond to your reservation request or up to 2 hours before the reservation date if it occurs before.
In most cases, hosts respond quickly.
A notification of the average response time of the host is also available on each host profile.
If your request is accepted, your reservation is automatically confirmed and your means of payment debited (except Alipay, WechatPay where payment is made in advance).
Conversely, if your request is rejected by the host, the authorization on your payment method will be lifted and you will not be debited with the amount of the reservation (except Alipay WechatPay or you will be reimbursed when the payment is refused. request).
You can then do another experience search and a new reservation.
