Gastronomic experience "La Symphonie"

Your experience will begin with a private tour, during which you will have the pleasure of discovering three of our finest cuvees in unique places at Château Comtesse Lafond.

The tour will begin in the cellar "Comtesse", located in the heart of our 4 hectare park. You will then be lead along the path of champagne making, finishing with a tasting of Comtesse Lafond "Extra-Brut" Champagne.

Then the journey will continue in the Château's cellar, which forms the end of a network of "Epernayian" cellars, where the elegance and richness of the Comtesse Lafond "Blanc de Blancs" Champagne will be revealed.

After that, you will be welcomed into the Salon "Comtesse Rosé" where the Comtesse Lafond "Vintage 2008" Champagne will reveal its depth and personality.

Following this private tasting tour, you will have the chance to have either lunch or dinner in the Salons or in the Cellar of the Château Comtesse Lafond.

Each dish will be accompanied by a Comtesse Lafond Champagne or a wine from our vineyards: Régnard in Burgundy, De Ladoucette, La Poussie, Comte Lafond and Marc Brédif in the Loire Valley and Villa Vallombrosa in Provence.
