In the case of an instant booking, it takes 3 to 4 days (it also depends on your bank) before seeing the amount debited from your account.
In the case of a reservation request, the credit card will only be debited upon confirmation of the availability of the experience by the host (see question "am I charged as part of a reservation request before even to have received the answer? ”).
