Gyéjacquot Champagne is located in the heart of the Aube region in France, the House’s terroir spreads across four municipalities and consists of 20 plots.
Enamoured by their land and by nature, Frédéric and Cyril Gyéjacquot care for their vines, using integrated farming methods. They are applying the House’s philosophy and motto to the letter: “only a good grape can produce good wine”.
Maintaining the vines, the harvest, racking, blending out, bottling, disgorgement and commercialisation… All of these steps are carried out within the establishment, therefore ensuring the consistency of the cuvees of the collection.
