The vineyards are actually located mainly in Bonneil, on the south and south-east facing hillsides and mid-slopes ensuring sufficient amount of sunshine for good grape ripening.
Every day Emmanuel Boucant, director of Champagne Boucant Thiery, works very carefully respecting the traditions of Champagne elaboration also being in the process of organic conversion of the house.
Due to the geographical location and the adapted production method of the champagne wines, this house has its own unique style.
Emmanuel Boucant, a champagne producer for 3 generations, based in Mont de Bonneil (the Marne valley), manages the family estate of his father and grandfather (7 hectares nowadays), which has been producing champagne since 1993. The house is proud of its traditions and production since 1973.
You can visit the winery and the cellars, as well as taste our champagnes.
