What to do if a visitor does not show up?
If this happens, please let us know via your personal space. To do this, go to your host account and then in the "reservations" tab. Then click on the reservation concerned and click on "report the absence of visitors". This will not affect your payment, which will take place as if the visitor had come, but will allow us to ask the visitor why he did not come.
