The time slot requested by the visitor does not suit me ultimately, can I offer him another time slot?
When the visitor's reservation is made and paid, you can contact the visitor to find out his availability and reschedule a date and time. However, if no time slot is suitable for him or her, the reservation may be canceled at no cost to the visitor.
