The Val d’Oca Wine Shop has been open to the public since 2011, where you can buy our wines and learn more about the production process of Prosecco, a journey of study and culture in the name of hospitality. Inside the structure that houses the Store there is also a large bright room with an adjoining kitchen, which hosts private and public events all year round, guided tastings and food pairings in which the bubbles of the Cellar meet the dishes of famous chefs, often in combination with other gastronomic specialties of the area.
From the windows and the terrace, the view embraces much of the surrounding landscape, a UNESCO heritage site. The Wine Center is also characterized by the particular architecture that houses the spaces open to the public, whose facade is a sparkling hymn to Prosecco.
The perforated aluminum paneling is decorated with a motif that recalls the perlage of Prosecco, the wine that distinguishes the cellar and has made the surrounding hills famous throughout the world. At night, the building becomes a luminescent box, decorated with multicolored LED light beams that pass through the “bubbles” that decorate the panels.
