A historic cellar in a splendid ancient village. The Santi winery has been a protagonist in Valpolicella since 1843, the year in which it was founded in Illasi, a historic village at the eastern end of the province of Verona, nestled close to the Lessini Mountains.

The Santi winery is located a few steps from the center of Illasi, a historic village surrounded by vineyards, famous for its villas and its medieval castle.

Meet the team

Cristian Ridolfi Veronese, born in 1971, a winemaker of great ability and experience gained over many years of passionate activity in some of the most prestigious wineries in Valpolicella, he is at the helm of the historic Santi di Illasi winery. Over the years he has explored the peculiarities of the Veronese vines and wine territories, the origins of the denominations and the history of the terroirs, in order to interpret the potential of each individual valley and its slopes.
