Located in the heart of the 6th arrondissement, Chai Saint Olive is the first urban winemaking cellar in Lyon!

Creator of urban wines, Chai Saint Olive is a place of production. From reception of freshly pressed grape juice (also called must) to bottling, including aging in barrels or stainless steel vats, all the vinification stages are carried out there.

These urban wines are produced from local grape varieties (Chardonnay, Viognier, Gamay and Syrah).
