Unable to connect to my account

If you cannot connect to your customer account (incorrect email or password) and this even after having correctly checked the spelling of these, make sure that you have not made an error spelling on your email address when creating your account.


To do this, check in your mailbox (inbox and spam) that you have received the confirmation email for creating your account ("welcome to Winalist"). If this is not the case, you can reset your password through the following page: https://www.winalist.com/account/forget .

If it still does not work, contact us via chat, we will verify your account and tell you what to do.
