Unable to connect to my account

If you cannot connect to your customer account (incorrect email or password), even after checking the spelling of the latter, make sure that you have not made a mistake. spelling on your email address when creating your account.

To do this, check your email box (inbox and spam) that you have received the confirmation email for creating your account (“welcome to Winalist”). If this is not the case, click at the top on “Connect” then “forgotten password”.

If it still doesn't work, contact us, we will check your account and tell you what to do.
