The “Ulevel in Chianti” agricultural company was born in October 2015 from the passion of Federico and Leonardo for the agricultural world in which they grew up when, thanks to the experience of their parents, who have led the company with great commitment and enthusiasm since 1987 “Torraccia di Presura” winery, decide to independently manage some hectares of olive groves and vineyards. At the origins of Torraccia di Presura there is a deep love for this landscape, this land and its fruits. A love that has lasted since 1986 - the year of the purchase of the first vineyard - for Paolo Osti. His choice was courageous and tiring, full of risks and unknowns, but it also reserved him surprises and satisfactions: as a civil engineer, he chose to move with his family from the city to this land and to dedicate his energies to agency.
