Textura Wines is a family project started in 2018 in Dão on the slopes of Serra da Estrela and which involves organic viticulture, production of terroir wines and wine tourism. In search of existing vineyards, in a region of small producers, we have 28 ha of vineyards in 8 different plots in Vila Nova de Tazem and Penalva do Castelo. With a low-intervention oenology, which reflects the soil and location of each of our vineyards, the objective is to achieve wines with character, elegant and distinct. Respect for the place and its biodiversity (soil, flora and fauna, people and community), the preservation of resources (natural and cultural) and local development are the basis of our fundamental principles.

Textura Wines, founded in 2018 in Dão, cultivates 28 ha of vineyards in 8 plots on the slopes of Serra da Estrela. With organic viticulture and minimal oenology, we produce authentic wines that reflect the terroir. Our commitment to biodiversity, the preservation of resources and local development guide the project. Created by Marcelo Vilella, an enology engineer, and Patricia Berardi, a doctor in management and professor of sustainability, the project combines tradition, innovation and respect for the terroir.
