The history of a wine company often begins before its formal incorporation: this was the case with Lusovini.
This project is based on many generations involved in the sector, who, through their descendants, see their passion for wine continue today. The partners of Lusovini recreate this heritage, rehabilitating old vineyards, planting new vineyards, building new wineries, and striving to be innovative in wine tourism. Our challenge is to bottle all the richness of this extraordinary wine-growing country that is Portugal.
Portugal has such diverse wine regions that Lusovini, having started in Dão, quickly expanded to the regions of Bairrada, Douro, Alentejo, and Vinho Verde. The truth is that the whole was greater than the sum of its parts; the whole made all the difference. The company celebrated this by adopting a new brand: Lusovini – Vinhos de Portugal, its current name.
Lusovini is committed to providing an integrated service to local retail, hotels, and restaurants. But it also targets different end-user groups, showing them how wines can fit into their daily lives and add a touch of charm that wouldn't exist without them.
