Entirely enclosed by its own vineyards, it features an enchanting location with panoramic views of the medieval villages of Assisi, Spello and Montefalco. Here in the hilly area, Sagrantino, Sangiovese, Montepulciano and Merlot grapes are produced. In the vineyards, preserved and cared for like gardens, each line of vines is an expression of the deep respect for nature and man's continuous contact with his native land.

Fattoria ColSanto was born in 2001, when the Livon family decided to buy their second estate outside the Collio, in an area particularly suited for excellent red wines: the Montefalco DOCG. ColSanto is therefore the extension of 20 hectares of over sixty years of love and passion for viticulture. From generation to generation the Livon transmit the values of a sustainable winemaking tradition, by communicating their love for the land and making excellent awarded wine.
