The Cantina Chiorri was founded in 1890 in Sant'Enea, Perugia, and takes its name from the family that has taken care of its farms for five generations.The vineyards, which surround the company and overlook the Tiber Valley, are about 30 hectares in an area that has been dedicated to the cultivation of vines for centuries
for excellent sun exposure and quality characteristics of the soil that give our wines an exclusive character!
From the vineyard to the cellar we take care of our work in detail, starting from manual pruning, spurred cordon and guyot techniques, to manual harvesting during the harvest and the instant processing of the grapes.
It is with the 2020 harvest that the national certification of integrated production has taken off, certifying the sustainable quality of our wines

Cantina Chiorri has been a family-run company for generations, accompanied by the presence of a trusted and special staff offering a warm and familiar welcome. Monica and Francesco are the fulcrum and the flywheel of the winery, with joy and commitment they make known every facet of the wines, the philosophy of cultivation and production. With a perfect balance of tastes, they combine wines with locally produced foods.
