Founded in 1833 by Vincenzo Florio, the Florio Winery in Marsala overlooks the sea in western Sicily.

Surrounded by the energy of the winds and flavored by the sea, the winery preserves, in a suggestive silence, the oak barrels where Florio Marsala wines slowly age. Hundreds of barrels, vats, and small barrels, each with its own history, breathe through the tuff floor. In this unique place, the winemaker interprets space, time, and oxygen to bring Marsala to life in its many expressions.

Today, the winery welcomes over 50,000 visitors each year, offering an emotional and sensory journey through the aromas of wood, wine, and marine and spicy notes. The various tasting options allow visitors to discover the versatility of Marsala and its food pairings, meeting the expectations of an increasingly discerning clientele.
