During your visit to our Gallo-Roman chalk cellars, 18 meters underground, you will discover the winemaking processes behind our cuvées, the masterful results of precise and expert blending.

A sensory experience awaits you with a tasting of two cuvées renowned for their gastronomic qualities: Prestige Rosé and Brut Millésimé. These will be accompanied by five bite-sized morsels specially created by the chef of our Polychrome restaurant, designed to awaken your palate and curiosity, and thus highlight the gastronomic dimension of Taittinger cuvées.

• Guided tour of our cellars (a UNESCO World Heritage Site as part of the Champagne Hillsides, Houses and Cellars inscription, and the remains of the 13th-century Saint-Nicaise Abbey).

All year round, our interpreter guides open the doors of Taittinger champagne to you and help you discover the history of this beautiful family house.

You will be able to savor the fruit of the work accomplished by a team of enthusiasts by discovering our emblematic vintages. The opportunity to taste the soul of this house, each bottle of which is signed with the name of its owners.

The pairing with candy caviar was especially amazing! ✨ The curb tour was in English, but it was easy to understand. The video was also sophisticated and worth watching. You'll be walking around a lot of curves, so make sure you wear comfortable clothes!
