Come discover the gastronomic identity of Taittinger champagnes during a tasting that will delight your taste buds. Thanks to a selection of gastronomic pairings specifically worked by chef Philippe Mile, and created by M Réception, you will discover our two emblematic vintages: Prestige Rosé and Brut Millésimé.

During your visit to our Gallo-Roman chalk quarries, 18 meters underground, you will discover the processes for producing our vintages, the clever results of a precise and mastered art of blending.

A sensory experience will be offered to you with the tasting of two vintages recognized for their gastronomic qualities: Prestige Rosé and Brut Millésimé. Accompanied by appetizers specially designed by the Reims chef, Philippe Mille, and created by M Réception, to awaken your appetite and your curiosity and thus enhance the gastronomic dimension of Taittinger vintages.

• Guided tour of our cellars (classified as a UNESCO world heritage site as part of the Coteaux, Maisons et Caves de Champagne listing and the remains of the 13th century Saint-Nicaise abbey).
• Explanations on the production of our champagnes.
• Tasting in the lounge of the Prestige Rosé and Brut Millésimé vintages with a suggested food/champagne pairing created by the Michelin-starred Reims chef, Philippe Mille.
