Guided tour of the underground cellar following the production process of Valdobbiadene DOCG, from grape harvesting to sparkling wine production. Following this, a tasting of four Borgoluce wines: a Rive di Collalto Valdobbiadene DOCG Extra Brut, a Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Brut, a Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Extra Dry, and a still white wine Incrocio Manzoni 6.0.13 accompanied by Stecchi made from pure Biancoperla corn and EVO oil, corn crackers, and a selection of cured meats and cheeses, all produced from Borgoluce raw materials.

Tasting of four Borgoluce wines accompanied by Stecchi and corn crackers, and a selection of cured meats and cheeses, all produced by Borgoluce.
