Cancellation Policy
Full refund of the experience if cancellation takes place up to 2 hours before the start of the experience.
Conditions
- A reservation is officially canceled if the visitor clicks on the “cancel my reservation” button in the My Account tab > my reservations > modify or cancel a reservation
- The total amount of the reservation is refunded to the traveler if the cancellation occurs within the minimum period defined in the cancellation conditions of the experience.
- The Traveler Refund Policy, force majeure or cancellations by Winalist for any other reason provided for in the General Conditions may supersede the cancellation conditions. Please check these exceptions.

About the host
The building housing our winery and wine shop is built in a traditional style, with arches and exposed brick, and blends harmoniously into the hilly landscape. Our wine shop, located under the portico, is a welcoming space where you can taste and purchase wines, discover our history, and learn about our future plans.
We offer guided tours of the winery with tastings of three wines, extra virgin olive oil, and light food pairings. An opportunity to enjoy an authentic experience, in contact with those who produce wine every day. We are committed to environmental sustainability, are SQNPI and Vegan certified, and work with the goal of
preserving and enhancing the local area for future generations. We look forward to welcoming you for a toast among the hills of Soave and Valpolicella.
