Cellar visit and tasting

Come and discover the soul of Brolio!

The Ricasoli cellars are located in Madonna a Brolio, at the foot of the Brolio Castle. The meeting point will be the wine shop where guests will meet the guide and begin the visit to the modern winemaking area, followed by the barrel cellar, to understand each stage of the production process.

An important part of this tour is dedicated to the tasting of wines in a private room, produced from the best selection of our grapes. It will be easy to understand how many factors allow the production of wines with very different personalities, not only within the same denomination (Chianti Classico Docg), but also within a single estate.
