The experience in the ColSanto Winery invites curious and passionate visitors to experience the heart of its winemaking reality.
We offer the customer a guided tour of the cellar, where they can discover the barriques and the massive oak barrels where our wines stop for a long time before being tasted.
Afterwards it is possible to walk a stretch along the rows to explore our wine-growing methods or taste a fresh grape (during the right season).
Finally, let's turn the theory set out so far into practice and taste the estate's excellent wines accompanied by snacks from the local gastronomy.
We want to satisfy the tastes of our guests but above all to respond to their curiosity thus making the experience as interactive as possible so that they remain a pleasant memory suspended between the passion we put in our wine and the pleasure of sharing it with the customer.

The property, elegant and full of charm, is an authentic paradise nestled in the green Umbrian hills. Entirely enclosed by its own vineyards, it features an enchanting location with panoramic views of the medieval villages of Assisi, Spello and Montefalco. Here in the hilly area, Sagrantino, Sangiovese, Montepulciano and Merlot grapes are produced. In the vineyards, preserved and cared for like gardens, each line of vines is an expression of the deep respect for nature and man's continuous contact with his native land.

Great reception. We were early, but were able to check in straight away. The wine tasting was great! There were only 2 of us but she took all the time for us. Lots of knowledge of wines and very hospitable. Recommended!!
