About the winery

In the heart of the Minervois region, just 5 km from the Canal du Midi, Domaine Saint Antoine cultivates 25 hectares of vines using organic farming methods. Straddling the drained Marseillette pond, rocky hillsides, and Mediterranean scrubland, this contrasting and preserved terroir gives rise to IGP d’Oc and AOC Minervois wines, available in all three colors. The estate also boasts fig trees, almond trees, olive trees, and truffle oaks: all testaments to vibrant biodiversity and a unique natural setting. You can explore this haven on foot or by bicycle along the trails, or book a guided tour of the cellar before extending your experience in the tasting room to discover our wines.
On-site, there are three self-catering holiday apartments with a swimming pool.
