Château Cap de Fouste is located in the heart of Roussillon, a key location in the winemaking history of Catalan Country since 1860. The exceptional sunshine and the ever-present Tramontana wind, sometimes icy, sometimes tropical and stifling, give our terroir fantastic assets.

It is with respect for history, an unconditional love for our land, adapting to the climate, and a resolutely future-oriented eye that we work every day to bring out the best in our terroir.
