The name of our winery in the Langhe comes from the Piedmontese word "biòca", which indicates a determined and hard-headed person, just like us, who constantly try to express the excellence of our lands through wine. We take care of our vineyards and harvest the grapes with commitment and passion, which are then brought to our cellar where they are treated with great attention to give life to the different qualities of wine that our guests can taste and purchase.

Meet the team

We started our business in 2012, we are young and enthusiastic! The philosophy of the company is to combine traditional methods of production with innovative methods so we started to experiment a bit with mixed barrels (oak + steel) and with amphorae obtaining interesting results with Nebbiolo. We work only with the native grapes of the territory: Barbera, Dolcetto, Chardonnay, Nebbiolo, Rossese Bianco and Pelaverga Piccolo.
