At Bodegas Calvente we have been working since 1997 on a unique project in our province of Granada, pampering the vineyards in the best way we know how. Vineyards that we have tried to recover from times past to provide us with the nuances of centuries-old grapes that we needed given our short period of time dedicated to a mature sector in Spain. We hope to contribute our passion, quality and involvement from the humility that characterizes us as a small winery in an area little known for wine. We take care of each of the production processes to be able to reflect in our products our weakness for the vineyards and thus be able to please wine lovers.

Meet the team

Bodegas Calvente is a small family winery in the south of Granada (Spain). Exactly in a municipality called Jete, just 100m above sea level. On the other hand, our vineyards are located at an altitude of about one thousand to one thousand three hundred meters, with a special microclimate made possible by the Mediterranean Sea and Sierra Nevada. Our wines are made only with our own grapes that we grow exclusively by hand because they have a slope of up to 30%-50%.
