About the people

Mauro Merz is the oenologist and the director of the cellar. Convinced that wine is a cultural product and not an anonymous drink without history and territory, a firm supporter of the importance of recovering the typicality of Frascati's origins and the vines of its tradition, he considers the raw material fundamental: the grape. Only thanks to a rigorous selection of the grapes and a careful winemaking process can wines be born that are the typical expression of their territory.
