Carbone Vini

Carbone Vini is a family-run farm that owns 8 hectares of organically-run vineyards in the center of the Vulture area, in Basilicata.
The company was born from the passion of Luca and Sara Carbone, two brothers who grew up among the family vineyards, who in 2005 resumed the winemaking business, begun in the 70s by their father Vittorio and uncle Enzo Carbone, then interrupted at the end of the 80s.
There are 3 vines present in the company: 6 hours of Aglianico, 1 hour of Fiano and 1 hour of Moscato.
The modern transformation cellar is located in the Braide district, in Melfi, directly inside the vineyard. It contains the winemaking, aging in steel and bottling machinery.

However, the heart of the company is in the underground cellar dug into the volcanic tuff in the historic center of Melfi, where the Aglianico ages in wooden barrels and the hospitality part of the company takes place. In this very suggestive environment, which lends itself well to the organization of events immersed in a unique atmosphere, there is also the wine shop.
