About the people

José Cabrita, father and grandfather, is the second generation of Cabrita Wines. A businessman dedicated to the fruit trade, he decided to embrace the legacy left by his father and start the viticulture journey by creating the brand Vinhos Cabrita. A bet on Portuguese tradition, on national grape varieties, especially autochthonous, on traditional methods of wisdom with the irreverence of the use of modern techniques, gave a new life to Cabrita wines.
