Palazzo Di Varignana

The Palazzo di Varignana farm presents its new cellar: 1,100 m2 of space built according to the canons of semi-underground architecture, made with natural materials representative of the place, such as olive wood and red bricks, perfectly integrated with the nature of the surrounding area.
Elegant design finishes and colors that recall the autumn foliage characterize the tasting room, where the view is lost towards the terrace overlooking the spectacular vineyard currently undergoing conversion to organic, where, alongside the native vines, such as Sangiovese, Albana, Famoso, Malbo Gentile and Pignoletto, international ones are grown, such as Pinot Nero, Pinot Bianco and Chardonnay.
For the production, we make use of the most modern technologies, in order to guarantee the preservation of the authenticity and organoleptic properties of the wines. The barrique cellar, under its imposing red brick vaults, houses the French oak barrels in which the young wines rest and refine to reach the right degree of maturation and become the best expression of the terroir and the vines that generated it.

The cellar and the vineyard wind through a wonderful natural amphitheater, an exceptional location that has already hosted various events related to the world of wine tourism, such as concerts and open-air cinema with tasting.
The tasting room is open to offer guests a unique experience to discover our wines.
