Founded in 1770, La Bastide was one of the largest wine estates in Aude. Unknown to the general public because of its international activities for decades, the Bastide has been open for 2 years and welcomes the cellar, the cellar and the vineyard. Meet the team

Sometimes you don't get into wine at a young age but the world of wine catches you later. Coming from very far away, it was through the kitchen where the meetings with winemakers took place in the 90s. I was a chef in my restaurant in Montpellier. I started to build strong links with winemaker friends before discovering their work and appreciating their wines. I became a winemaker in 2015 at the domain. This multi-faceted world fascinated and attracted me.
