Blending Workshop : create your own wine

The blending is an important step in the development of a cuvée. It is thanks to the subtle alliance of wines from local grape varieties, various terroirs, and their expertise that our oenologists will create a balanced wine, with a sought-after aromatic profile.
After a visit to the cellar to talk about the making of a wine, your guide will introduce you to the characteristics of AOC Saint Mont wines, with a tasting of single varietals.
Then become an apprentice oenologist by creating your own assembly and leave with your bottle! At the end of the workshop, you can compare your vintage to that of a great Plaimont wine.
