An exclusive tasting awaits you here, featuring the three wines that represent the identity and oenological history of Fonterutoli: Castello Fonterutoli, Concerto di Fonterutoli, and Siepi, offered in two vintages, including one from our library collection, for each label, for a total of six wines.

About the host

The Mazzei family's centuries-old knowledge of the Castello di Fonterutoli terroir has allowed them to make the most of this poor, rocky terrain.
The Cantina di Fonterutoli, the true link between the past and the future, dominates the estate and the slopes of the countryside overlooking Siena from above, but its heart beats deep down.
A modern winery but at the same time the custodian of centuries-old knowledge, as only a member of the family could design: Agnese Mazzei, in fact, is the creator of the innovative, low-environmental-impact project, where aesthetic taste is combined with functionality.
For over six hundred years, the Mazzei family has been producing unique wines with spirit and passion that are renewed from generation to generation.
Today, as yesterday, the Mazzei family continues the legacy of its knowledge at Castello di Fonterutoli where it all began, one of the most important entities in Chianti Classico and Tuscany, with a celebrated history and a future yet to be written.
