This experience is not designed as a formal cooking class but as a shared moment where guests participate naturally in the preparation of some traditional recipes: fresh pasta or ravioli, cantuccini or tiramisu.

The preparation is followed by a convivial lunch, during which the dishes are tasted together, accompanied by a selection of the estate's wines.

About the host

In the heart of Chianti, a few kilometers from Florence, Corte di Valle produces fine wines and will offer you authentic hospitality to make your holiday in Tuscany unforgettable.

The estate covers more than 20 hectares of vineyards, olive groves and woodland. It produces Chianti Classico DOCG and Tuscan IGT wines, but also extra virgin olive oil and the famous saffron from the Florentine hills.
