In the heart of Châteauneuf-du-Pape, a wine region steeped in history and centuries-old traditions, Pavillon Bouachon has been perpetuating a unique heritage since 1898. Here, the vine is as much a part of the landscape as it is of the culture, and each bottle tells the story of a profound connection between people and their terroir.
The Bouachon family was the last cooperage family in the village, a rare skill that still defines the identity of the house today. This heritage is reflected in the meticulous attention paid to aging the wines in French oak barrels.
For us, the essence lies in the terroir: the subtle interplay of climate, soil, and human expertise. It is this combination that gives the wines their unique character, depth, and authenticity.
