In this culinary workshop, we will guide you in preparing four raw bites: from fish to meat, including vegetables and fruit, you will work with different types of ingredients and then pair your delicious creations with our cognacs from our Grande Champagne, Bonneuil estate.

Included: welcome tea, visit to the historic cellars, tasting of 5 cognacs, preparation and tasting of four bites.
